After 12 years of punishment, I noticed some cracking on my rudder near the edge of its metal mounting bracket. In picture #1 you can see on the top side that the rudder has been repaired. Epoxy was injected and it was clamped back together, along with some new glass. I also had it extended by 6 inches to try and get a little more control in heavy wind and to prevent 'weather helm'. In pictures 2-4 I am adding a leading edge strip of glass for more strength as recommended by my boat guy.

Extended and reinforced | Preping for leading edge glass | Laying leading edge glass | Centering and folding leading edge glass |
In photos 5-8 here I am unpacking and setting up for the install of the tiller and rudder.
